Community Guidelines
Thank you for being a part of our community! This is your home for important announcements, upcoming events, fun quizzes, exciting achievements, dazzling rewards, competitive chatter, and meaningful connections that will last a lifetime.
Whether you are continuing the experience beyond game nights, meeting new people, or staying connected with fellow players, we want this to be a space where everyone feels welcome. These guidelines help ensure the same sense of fun, connection, and community that brings people together in person continues online as well.
Lead With Respect
Remember the Golden Rule! We are all for some competitive smack talk, but remember to always keep things grounded in respect, civility, appropriateness, and friendliness.
Hearty debates and enthusiastic competition are part of what makes this community fun, especially one so grounded in trivia as ours. But personal attacks, insults, name-calling, harassment, intimidation, or deliberately provoking other members are the antithesis of the community spirit.
Zero Tolerance For Hate Or Harassment Of Any Kind
We do not allow ANY kind of harassment, bullying, threats, or hateful behavior of any kind. This includes insulting, intimidating, targeting, or attacking individuals or groups based on race, religion, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other characteristics.
Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, warnings, temporary restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community, depending on the severity of the behavior. The disciplinary process, escalation flow, and potential consequences are outlined below.
Respect Privacy
Protect your own and one another’s privacy by refraining from posting sensitive information anywhere in the community app. This includes home addresses, financial information, private correspondence such as email addresses, or other details that could compromise your or another’s safety or security.
If we become aware of content that could put someone's privacy or safety at risk, we may remove it to protect those involved. If a user is found to be deliberately jeopardizing the privacy and safety of another user, disciplinary actions may be taken against that user.
Keep Things Appropriate
Help us maintain a welcoming environment for members of all ages and backgrounds. Please ensure that all content shared within the app is appropriate and safe for work.
Users are not permitted to use explicit or graphic content in their comments, messages, usernames, profile photos, bios, team names, or any other area that supports original user-generated content. Graphic, explicit, sexually suggestive, excessively violent, or otherwise inappropriate content is prohibited everywhere on the app and may be removed by moderators.
Keep Conversations Aligned With Each Space’s Topic
To keep everything tidy and easy to navigate, please ensure that all discussions align with each space’s designated topic.
For instance, if you wish to coordinate with other players, ensure you are doing so in Find a Team. Keep all responses to weekly articles in the Articles space, and so on.
Avoid Spamming
To keep our spaces tidy, accessible, and useful for everyone, please avoid spamming. Repeated posts, excessive messaging, unsolicited advertising, and other disruptive behavior can make it harder for members to enjoy the community and find relevant content. This will allow everyone to comfortably navigate each space and easily find what they are looking for while allowing conversations to flow effectively.
We encourage active participation and love your enthusiasm! We just ask that you be mindful of how often and where you share. So, refrain from…
Sending.
Short posts.

Avoiding that habit, along with unsolicited advertising, and you’re golden!
Dispute Resolution: Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Agreement to Arbitrate
Except as set out below, you and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
Class Action Waiver
You and we agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to [contact/address] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, account information, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, this Section 15 will not apply to you, but the remainder of these Terms will.
Exceptions
This Section does not apply to claims for injunctive relief, or intellectual property disputes, which either party may bring in court.
Activity Across Our Connected Apps
Our services include multiple apps and digital experiences that may connect or direct you to one another. We may collect information about your activity across these services, such as which apps you access, articles or other content you view, quizzes or interactive features you use, events you view or RSVP to, email or notification preferences, and similar activity.
We may associate this information with your account and use it to understand your activity across our connected applications, including where you first joined, which experiences you have used, and which app or experience you consider your primary or home experience.
This information helps us provide a consistent experience across our services, understand engagement and participation, improve our content and features, and perform analytics and reporting.
Changes To Guidelines
As the community both grows and evolves, these guidelines may be updated to address new situations that have since arisen, cover new features, reflect the changing needs of the community, and provide additional clarity. Our goal is always to help maintain a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where everyone can connect, participate, and continue the fun they had at each event—together.
When changes are made, we shall reflect this with a new date indicating when these changes were implemented.
